With our quality management system, certified by UKAS, we work tirelessly toward achieving our objective of delivering defect-free material every time.

Quality Control

At KPS, quality is not just a term, it’s a culture embedded in the very fabric of our operations. We believe in providing top-notch products and ensuring that every material is suitable for its intended application. Each process on the shop floor is strictly conducted as per documented work instructions and procedures. These have been reviewed and verified by industrial experts with over 40 years of experience in the field. Additionally, our qualified NDT Level-2 team performs a variety of non-destructive testing methods like UT, MPI, PT, RT, and VT.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control processes monitor and evaluate every stage of production, which includes:

  • Incoming Inspection: Chemical, mechanical, and non-destructive tests are performed during material receipt. Verification of Quality documents with required specification.
  • In-Process Inspections: Regular checks throughout manufacturing to ensure compliance with specifications. This includes destructive testing, non-destructive testing, and dimensional inspection.
  • Final Inspection: A thorough final inspection covering visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing is conducted to ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards before shipment.
  • Documentation and Traceability: We maintain comprehensive records of all inspections and tests, ensuring full traceability and accountability. By default, material is issued with an EN 10204-3.1 certificate, and upon request, an EN 10204-3.2 certificate can be issued by reputed international Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies.
